Eliminate the Cook County Clerk’s Office

Cook County Clerk David Orr says he would rather believe a piece of paper when it comes to voting than the word of a live human being who walks up to the voting booth to cast his or her ballot in an election. Absentee balloting is one of the most susceptible to vote fraud and David Orr doesn’t think ti is a concern.
